Do you want to permanently delete your COLORS profile and all associated data? You can do this directly in the app or submit a request using the form on this page.
DELETE YOUR PROFILE IN THE APP
- Open the Colors tab.
- Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Select the red Delete profile option and follow the steps to confirm deletion.
REQUEST VIA WEBSITE
If you cannot access the app, complete the form below. Enter the email address used for registration and your COLORS username so that we can locate your account and verify your request.
Never enter or send us your password.
IMPORTANT
Deleting your profile is permanent and cannot be undone. Once the deletion is confirmed, your COLORS profile and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
We will notify you by email once the deletion process has been completed.
