Community Guidelines – Colors

Colors is a place for football supporters across the Adria region (BIH, MNE, HRV, KOS, MKD, SLO, SRB) — from different cities, clubs, generations and cultures — to share their love of football.
Rivalry is allowed and expected. Hate is not.
These Guidelines exist to provide everyone with a safe, enjoyable and respectful supporter experience.
Respect Other Supporters
No matter which team you support, you are expected to respect other users of the Application, regardless of their nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation or the club they support.
Threats, hate speech, promotion of violence, encouragement of self-harm or any form of discrimination may result in an immediate and permanent ban from the Application.
If someone insults or provokes you, do not respond in the same way. Use the Report User option and notify a Crew admin or the Colors support team.
Language and Conduct
Football slang, rivalry and banter are welcome — insults, abusive language, sexism and nationalism are not.
The Matchat section of the Application, available exclusively on matchday, allows users greater freedom to express supporter emotions, including sports banter and “trash talk” in the spirit of rivalry.
However, even within Matchat, personal abuse is prohibited, including:
- hate speech;
- racist, sexist, homophobic or other discriminatory insults;
- threats or violent rhetoric.
Content posted in Matchat is not archived and is automatically deleted after the end of matchday. However, it may still be reported.
By participating in Matchat, users agree to communicate within the boundaries of sporting rivalry and not engage in personal attacks.
If someone threatens, provokes or insults you, do not respond in the same way. Conduct is assessed regardless of who started the dispute.
No Spam
Do not send the same message repeatedly, especially across multiple Crews.
Advertising or promotional content is prohibited without prior permission from the Colors team.

No Inappropriate Content
Sharing content involving pornography, hate or political propaganda is strictly prohibited.
Photos published in Shoots, as well as profile pictures, must comply with these Guidelines.
Profile Picture and Username
Offensive usernames, hate symbols, impersonation of public figures or impersonation of another user are not permitted.
If you fail to change a problematic username or profile picture after receiving a warning, your account may be deleted.
Raids and Organized Provocation
Organized attempts to enter opposing supporters’ Crews for the purpose of provocation — commonly referred to as “raids” — are prohibited and may result in a ban.
Rivalry is allowed, provided it remains within the boundaries of fair supporter conduct.
Protect Privacy
Do not publish personal information, such as addresses, phone numbers or photographs shared without permission, whether your own or someone else’s.
Misuse of another person’s personal information may result in immediate removal of your account.
A Ban Means a Ban
If your account has been deleted for violating these rules, do not create another account.
Colors reserves the right to remove duplicate accounts without prior warning.
Admins and Moderation Team
Crew admins and the Colors team may remove a user if their conduct is harmful to the community.
