TERMS OF USE FOR THE COLORS APP

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Colors mobile application. By using the application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the application.

K1. General Information

The Colors application is a mobile social network intended for football supporters across the Adria region (BIH, MNE, HRV, KOS, MKD, SLO, SRB). It is developed by the COLORS team and operated by O.D. GIGANT.

K2. Registration and User Accounts

Users may register using an email address or a Google account.

During registration, users select one national team and one league club (men’s or women’s, first or second tier). These selections cannot be changed unless a new profile is created.

Providing a year of birth and location is optional.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and password.

K3. Application Features

Colors enables users to:

  • Publish photos and descriptions through Shoots;
  • View matches and join supporter chat on matchday through Matchat;
  • Create or join interest-based groups through Crews;
  • Manage friendships through the Friends section;
  • View notifications and communicate privately through Notifications;
  • Manage profile settings and account privacy through Colors.

K4. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to use the Colors application in any way that violates applicable laws, community rules, or community values. In particular, users agree that they will:

  • not publish offensive, vulgar, threatening, discriminatory, or unlawful content;
  • not use the application for hate speech, promotion of violence, or political or religious propaganda;
  • not insult other users based on their nationality, religion, race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other personal characteristic;
  • engage in sports banter and supporter rivalry only within the limits of good taste. Competitive teasing and rivalry are permitted, but personal insults, discriminatory abuse, and offensive language directed at individuals are not.

The Matchat section of the application, which is available exclusively on matchday, allows users greater freedom to express supporter emotions, including sports banter and “trash talk” in the spirit of rivalry.

However, even within Matchat, personal abuse is prohibited, including:

  • hate speech;
  • racist, sexist, homophobic, or other discriminatory insults;
  • threats or violent rhetoric.

Content posted in Matchat is not archived and is automatically deleted after the end of the matchday. However, such content may still be reported.

By participating in Matchat, users agree to communicate within the boundaries of sporting rivalry and not engage in personal attacks.

Colors reserves the right, without prior notice, to remove content that violates these rules and/or suspend a user account.

K5. Privacy Protection

User privacy is important to us. Your data is processed and stored in accordance with the Colors Privacy Policy, which is available within the application and on the official Colors website.

K6. Risks

By using content available through the Colors application, users accept the risks associated with such use and agree to use the content solely for personal purposes and at their own responsibility.

K7. Disclaimer of Liability

O.D. GIGANT does not guarantee that the application will operate without interruptions or errors.

Under no circumstances shall O.D. GIGANT be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the application.

O.D. GIGANT disclaims responsibility for any actions by users related to the use or misuse of the Colors application and the Colors.ba domain, as well as for any damage that may arise to a user or any third party in connection with the use or misuse of the Colors application or the Colors.ba domain.

O.D. GIGANT is not responsible for content published by users of the application.

K8. Changes to the Terms of Use

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time.

K9. Intellectual Property

All content of the application, including its design, texts, graphics, software, and the accounts under which the application is published on app stores, excluding content posted by users, is owned by O.D. GIGANT and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of such content without the owner’s written permission is prohibited.
