Community Guidelines – Colors

Welcome to the Colors app community! We’re glad you’re here.
Colors is a space for all football fans from the Balkans (Ex-Yugoslavia) – from different cities, clubs, generations, and cultures – to share their love for football. Rivalry is allowed and expected, but hate is not. These guidelines exist to ensure a safe, fun, and respectful fan experience for everyone.
1. Respect Other Fans
No matter who you support, you are expected to respect other users of the app – regardless of their nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or club allegiance.
Threats, hate speech, promoting violence, encouraging self-harm, or any form of discrimination will result in immediate and permanent ban from the app.
If someone insults or provokes you – do not respond in the same manner. Use the Report User option and notify a group admin or the app support team.
2. Language and Behavior
Football slang, rivalry, and banter are welcome – but not insults, swearing, sexism, or nationalism.
The Matchat section of the app (available only on match days) allows users greater freedom to express fan emotions, including sports banter and “trash talk” in the spirit of rivalry.
However, even in Matchat, personal insults are prohibited, including:
- hate speech
- racist, sexist, homophobic, or discriminatory language
- threats or violent rhetoric
Matchat content is not archived and is automatically deleted after the match day ends, but it can still be reported.
By participating in Matchat, users agree to keep their communication within the boundaries of sports rivalry and not cross into personal attacks.
If someone threatens, provokes, or insults you – do not retaliate. All behavior is evaluated regardless of who started it.
3. No Spam
Do not send the same message multiple times, especially not in multiple groups (Crews).
Advertising is prohibited without prior permission from the Colors team. For collaborations and ads, contact support@colors.ba.
4. No Inappropriate Content
It is strictly forbidden to share any content that includes pornography, hate, or political propaganda.
Photos shared in Shoots and profile pictures must comply with the above rules.
5. Profile Picture and Username
Usernames must not be offensive, promote hate, impersonate public figures or other users.
Failure to change problematic names or images after warning will result in account deletion.
6. Raids and Organized Provocations
Organized invasions of rival groups (known as “raids”) for the purpose of provoking are strictly prohibited and will result in a ban.
Rivalry is allowed – but only under the rules of fair fan behavior.
7. Privacy is Sacred
Do not publish personal data (addresses, phone numbers, photos without permission) – yours or anyone else’s.
Misuse of someone’s data will result in immediate account removal.
8. A Ban is a Ban
If your account is deleted due to a violation of the rules, do not create a new one.
Colors reserves the right to delete any duplicate account without notice.
9. Admins and Moderation Team
Admins of Crew groups and the app team have the right to remove users without specific explanation if their behavior is harmful to the community.
