Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Colors mobile application. By using the app, you agree to all the terms stated in this document. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, please do not use the app.

K1. General Information
Colors is a mobile social network for football fans from the former Yugoslavia region, developed and operated by the company O.D. GIGANT.


K2. Registration and User Accounts
Registration is done via email address.
During registration, the user selects one national team and one league club (male or female, first or second division), with no option to change them later except by creating a new profile.
Year of birth and location are optional.
Users are responsible for securing their account and password.

K3. App Features
Colors allows users to:

  • Post photos and captions through the Shoots feature
  • View matches and engage in matchday fan chat (Matchat)
  • Create or join interest-based groups (Crews)
  • Manage friendships via the Fans section
  • View notifications and use private messaging (Notifications)
  • Customize profile settings and account privacy

K4. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to use Colors in any way that violates the law, community standards, or platform rules. Specifically, users agree that they will not:

  • Post offensive, vulgar, threatening, discriminatory, or illegal content
  • Use the app for hate speech, promotion of violence, political or religious propaganda
  • Insult others based on their nationality, religion, race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other personal attribute

Sports banter and fan rivalry are allowed, including light-hearted teasing and passionate exchanges, as long as it remains within the limits of good taste and does not become personal or discriminatory.

The Matchat section (available only on the day of a match) offers users more freedom to express emotions, including banter and “trash talk” in the spirit of rivalry.

However, even in Matchat, the following remain prohibited:

  • hate speech
  • racist, sexist, homophobic, or discriminatory insults
  • threats or violent language

Matchat content is not archived and is automatically deleted after the matchday, but it can be reported while active.

By joining Matchat, the user agrees to engage within the spirit of sports rivalry and not cross into personal attacks.

Colors reserves the right to remove any content that violates these rules and/or suspend the user’s account without prior notice.

K5. Privacy Protection
User privacy is important. Your data is stored in accordance with the Colors App Privacy Policy, available within the app and on the official website.

K6. Limitation of Liability
O.D. GIGANT does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free app functionality. Under no circumstances will O.D. GIGANT be liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the app.

K7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via the app or email.

K8. Intellectual Property
All app content (including design, text, graphics, software, and store listings), except user-generated content, is the property of O.D. GIGANT and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited without written permission from the owner.
