Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How do I change my password?
→ Go to Settings > Account > Change password

Can I change my club or national team?
→ That’s currently not possible. If you want to support a different club or national team, you’ll need to create a new account.

How do I post a Shoot (photo)?
→ Go to Shoots, tap the + camera icon, add a photo and a short description. Post it.

How does Matchat work?
→ Matchat opens only on the day of a match between your selected teams and their rivals. It disappears automatically at the end of that day. It’s not possible to take screenshots or visit other participants’ profiles during Matchat.

How do I report another user?
→ Tap on the user’s profile or message, then choose Report user.

Can I make my profile private?
→ Yes. Go to Settings > Privacy > Set profile to “Private”.
